IGA nephropathy

So I'm new to all of this and looking for some guidance. I am 24 and have been diagnosed with stage 3 CKD after biopsies and bloods etc. At the moment the only treatment I'm on is blood pressure meds to reduce the amount of proteins being leaked. The consultants have advised it will progress because I'm so young but they don't know how quickly. Just wondering if anyone has been through something similar and would share their story as I have no idea what to expect!
