No energy, brain fuzzy, some swimmines / lightheadedness.

Yes. Lightheaded, no energy, foggy brain when my count drops.

I'm still feeling lightheaded and tired tho this only started when prescribed prednisone, I'm hoping Monday's blood results will be good and can reduce meds even more as on 40mg a day now.

Hi I feel lightheaded on and off all day for years but I think its more my blood pressure tablets than the ITP. Definitely have low energy days but not as many as when I was working.

I know when my platelet count is dropping as I become extremely tired and weary after the gentlest of tasks. Not sure whether I've noted lightheadedness as well - I get that if I'm tired anyway.

I tend not to worry but just take it easy during these period - good excuse not to do much!! 👍😊

Yep. When count dropped to 0 was really lightheaded. Exhaustion is an ongoing problem. Tend to find I am okay after initially getting up but then start to flag and need to sleep on an afternoon.
