I have been on N-Plate for about a year and just started developing these symptoms about 2 months ago.

Hi Suki15, yes I used to get muscle ache with Romiplostim. I changed to another drug because it did not keep my platelet count up. Since then the aches have gone. Nicky

Mycophenolate. I also take penicillin because I have had my spleen removed for the ITP, which did not make any difference.

Crissy22a im on nplate now, but all you describe isnt from the nplate , its from the itp. I went on a seratonine tablet duloxatine and within a day all the aches and pains had gone. The consultant wont tell you about these, because they say they are not good for your platelets. But if your on nplate that will make platelets for you. Look into seratonine connections with itp omg incredible. I research every day, if you dont have platelets you dont have any where fot the natural seatonine to bank. So all itp patients should take seratonine this is why we suffer with depression, one of the main symptoms of itp. But they dont tell us this. It will save you so much pain, get on it every one please , also look at leaky gut and gluten free diet.

My daughter was told that it is because of the bone marrow building platelets from NPlate. And the blood is supplied to all you muscle and joints for them to be healthy also. You have to remember your body is working overtime to make platelets. Vitamins, probiotics, eating healthy and some exercise does help. And get your 8 hours.
