Yep I do but they tend to think its part of a bigger immune picture. Prednisone didnt help with these problems thats for sure

You don't say if you are on medication. I suffered with knee/leg pain but I think in my case it was the resultant effects of prednisolone.

I had pains that seems get through the bones especially at night and while sleeping during the period wherein I was in a high dose of Prednisone (70 mg daily dosage for two weeks). It simply disappeared as my prednisone dosage was lowered down. Now I'm on the weaning period and hopefully on the last step down at 10 mg per day.. My platelet is now maintained at 200+ in 4 CBC draws done every two weeks, and hoping to be free from taking in Prednisone soon too.

I have been diagnosed with ITP and I am also anemic since 2011, I get a target headache right behind my right eye. It is pretty frightening. I have joint pain in my left elbow and left middle finger. Have they checked you for lupus?

APS, antiphospholipid syndrome is another disorder that causes joint pains and often goes along with ITP. You might ask for blood tests to test for it.

Other than that, are you treating at all as side effects from a drug might be a possibility.
