Hi what is ALPS? Do you mean Aps (sticky blood) as I have this with Itp but I am a part time worker so can manage my fatigue. I would try what the others have advised by getting a doctors or specialists letter for the headteacher and if relevant arrange a reduced timetable. Good luck

alps is another blood disorder. don't know much ourselves yet. waiting to go to gos but thanks for replying
