Hi APsnotFab I've just had a quick look on the new APS webpage and there is some information under the section 'Blood Tests' for the different types of Anticardiolipin testing. However, it doesn't mention "equivocal results" but does give the range of results that Tommies use. Perhaps this may be of some help to you and Cakemad in working out what your results actually mean? xxx
Hi, I am told by the head of Rheumatology at Swedish Hospital in Seattle that means it is borderline. If you have symptoms and borderline tests he says you then HAVE
Hughes syndrome. I have 3 positive tests (2 borderline) and positive brain scan and all the symptoms..like every single one. He says I have Hughes.
Good Luck! Hope your doctors understand borderline tests....
