What is your INR target? My doc is saying 2.5-3.0, but I felt 10 times better when it was what she considered too high (3.8).

My INR target was between 2.5 to 3, but I found that I felt better when it was higher. After discussing it with my Rheumatologist it is now between 3 to 4 and I certainly feel better.

So you need to discuss this with your specialist.

Hope that helps.

My INR was held between 1.5 and 2.5 for 10 years; but over the last 2 years I have had increased (to say the least) joint pain and disability. Raising the INR to 3.5 helps and 3 - 3.5 is my new target range. But the days I felt wonderful were the days my INR was over 3.5 -- of course, I only get my INR checked twice a month so its difficult to cite a scientifically credible correlation.

My target is between 2.5-3.5. when is near to 2.5 I feel bad, my brain works slow... I told about my Docs, but anyone believes me. Now, during this month my INR is 4 (maybe because I´m very nervous theese days) they`re reducing sintrom but it INR keeps in 4. Since 4, I'M MUCH BETTER!!! MY BRAIN THINKS AS NORMAL AS ALWAYS...

but my body is full of hematoms...
