Does anyone know if acrocyanosis is associated with APS? If so how?

HI, I have a friend who has this diagnosis alongside Raynauds, hard to see for her, in her own words, where one condition begins and another ends, she also has Lupus. ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pmc/articl... MaryF

The dermatologist thought raynaud but the Rhuematoligist thinks acrocyanosis. I’m not sure what to think bc I (so far) don’t do the flagship colors. The Rhuematoligist has ordered some labs, a couple of which I’ve continually tested negative. Since I’m now 69, the APS (potential) dx started at 68. My first turning blue was a reaction to omnipaque 300 at 65 (feet lower arms). It was very sporadic after that. I played in the freezer a couple of weeks ago and fingers turned blue but went normal after a couple of minutes. After that, a couple of fingers turned blue not so sporadically and I took pictures for the dermatologist. My big toe turned blue in the shower - certainly not cold water and went normal shortly after getting out. Just blue, nothing else -yet. Are either of these considered autoimmune? Are they related to some other kind of blood problem?
