Basically I was diagnosed sero negative in 2004 by Prof Hughes and treated with warfarin, later fragmin. Now I have nobody to support me. I don’t want to be on fragmin forever it’s been 3 years now plus I’m getting older too.

But I’m afraid to see anybody I’ve had 2 nhs Drs say they’ve not heard of seronegative and would never have treated me.

Can anybody help?

Please give The London Lupus Unit a ring, they have quite a few doctors there, and will help you as much as they can. MaryF

"Seronegative" often means...

1) you got a weakly positive..

2) antibodies petered out after immunosuppressive

3) someone forgot to look at the entire lab history
