Hi hon,
Doesn't sound right to me, I take warfarin/Coumadin, if my Inr goes too high my Inr nurse lowers the dose. Double check with another doctor or specialist if you can, if you've taken the higher dose, I would advise getting your Inr checked just in case your Inr goes higher.
I hope alls ok.
Take care gentle hugs Sheena xxxx
thanks, I will try to do that in the am but no one is around on Sat. morning. But no, I did not take the increased dose.
That does sound right to me, either. Is your caretaker trained in Coumadin therepy? You don't want your blood too thin, because of the problems that may occur. Be pro-active in your Coumadin therepy!
