Hi Patil , It sounds like you have an oral infection of some sort which is unlikely to be HIV related .
But since dec i am facing tongue fissures and geographical tongue and now recurrent mouth sores and some small pimples from inside of my cheek
You need to see a doctor who will advice you on the best course of action as this could be caused by all sorts of things .
Of what all sorts of things as i have also lips cracking and little spores on the upper lips also
I was on antibiotics course since dec but it was for my pneumonia and it has cleared up to 90% but still there is a hillar prominance on left side according to thr chest exray
