Rash suddenly appeared

I suddenly got a rash 2 week ago, on my chest, it was red, very bumpy and spotty. I thought maybe it's a reaction to my necklace, but a week after taking it off, it's still there, less red but very bumpy and spotty. Hard to get a good picture. Any ideas?

Hi , Questions about rashes are one of the most asked on this forum . The simple answer is there are many different causes of a rash and HIV is probably the least likely reason . If you think you have been exposed to infection get yourself tested . In this particular case the rash and mark on the nose are so slight it is unlikely to be anything serious .
