The Hepatitis Foundation International (HFI) has partnered with RAND Health, a non-profit research institute, to conduct a National Hepatitis C Survey. To help measure the extent of the coverage gap, we are fielding an anonymous survey to patients nationwide with Hepatitis C. To share the survey link and/or email eligible patients, see (survey.grayinsight.com/rand.... The survey should take about 15 minutes to complete and patients will receive a gift card as a token of appreciation.
