Hello! Can't say that I had a cough buy the fatigue and this strange dizzy headed feeling, trouble focusing my eyes and pretty bad fatigue after like 6pm would hit me.I did the 8 wk course and my brain still feels weird and the dizziness, focus issue and eye sight changes are still with me.Im actually waiting on the blood results so I will reply back when I find out those results.i know staying hydrated does help! Eating 3 healthy meals a day and taking whole food vitamins helps too! I pray you feel better soon!
