Diagnosed with hep c in July waited for 12 weeks for first appointment for blood test not heard anything now next appointment isn't till February is this normal waiting time?

Hi, Yes i think every 3 months is usual. Dependant on individual cases too. I waited 6 months. Just seen consultant and awaiting treatment as I have been pretty sick for a long time and all Dr's missed it as a am super low risk. waiting seems so slow but use that time to read hep c trust and this forum etc. rest and eat 😀

No not at all I got my appointment for scan week after blood then another scan then got my start treatment date for 2 week later all in all from day 1 took me 3/4 weeks to get everything done and start treatment
