Transmission through ingestion of food?

Can you get Hepatitis A,B or C from ingesting food that possibly had blood on it from a server's cut?

I've just googled this..worth you doing this too

Some schools of thought say has to directly enter blood stream

Others say differently ie one physician said if a baby suckles it's mother

and the mother has cracked skin with drops of blood on it the baby would be at risk from a hcv positive mother

Which implies it is possible from blood contaminated food.

Important to get tested for reassurance/peace of mind
