Thank you. I had training in CPR years ago, so have a vague idea, just need a refresher.

I have used my First Aid training many times in public, well worth course to take and everyone should. But not used a ‘Defib’ machine.

Thanks Tracy, this is really helpful. I’ve been meaning to find out about using a defibrillator but haven’t got round to it. Also a good reminder to brush up on my CPR because advice has changed since I did my training.
