You are invited to participate in an online survey on behalf of the AF Association.

Your feedback will contribute in providing researchers working in this field to better understand the following:

• How common is simultaneous screening of high blood pressure and Atrial Fibrillation (AF) amongst patients

• The patient experience related to simultaneous screening of BP & AF
