The meeting is taking place via zoom on Thursday 04 May at 11.00-11.45am (UK time).

All patients, carers and family members are welcome to attend this FREE meeting, all from the comfort of your own home, whereby you will have the opportunity to put forward your questions and share your own experiences. Our Patient Services team will be on hand to provide guidance and an understanding of the condition, so please join us!
