Newly diagnosed SVT

Hi ! New to this forum

I am also in the AF forum as they seem to be on similar meds. Just diagnosed with an SVT on fleciainde and Bisoprolol. I am 41 years old. Had this problem for years and finally got the answer. Booked in for an ablation in few months time as my SVT was quite troublesome. It seems very nice and quiet on my meds ! Cut back on alcohol and I also think early early peri menapause has aggravated this too ! Is anyone else in there younger years who has this and has had to make lifestyle changes socially etc ?
