SV Ectopics?

Hi, I was diagnosed with very high blood pressure in March at 244/133 and treated successfully so it's at normal level now.A follow up holter ECG picked up 14 runs of SV ectopics.I was also diagnosed with mild left ventricular hypertrophy, a thickening of the heart muscle due to high bp. I get runs of a regular but faster heart beat for about three seconds or so with a normal resting rhythm before and after, usually in bed, but that's when I can hear my heart anyway.I had it earlier and my heart was about 55bpm it then doubled for about three seconds and then back to nsr.I'm seeing a cardiologist in December but wondered what folks on here thought about this.
