cell phone vibs
Interesting that eating less has lowered your BP, I guess losing weight probably helped with that too? Not sure where mobile phones come into this post. Do they affect you?
ive notice that as i getting older my food set higher on my stomach and i have less valve movement. if i eat less food dosnt set as high and i dont get that cell phone vib. im not a doctor, just getting to try to understant this i just saw that others had same cell phone vibs i thought it was just me.
I guess as we grow older and the muscles in our bodies become more lax they cease to work quite as well as when we were a lot younger. Which is one of the reasons exercise is so important, no matter what age.
I get the vibrating heart feeling at times, but it's mostly occurs when I think about it.
Best wishes
Jean
I am currently being investigated for gastric slow emptying and have had scans now awaiting results. Without a doubt in my case my gastric issues adversely affect my heart activity in various ways from initiating af to ectopics and heart pauses.
That could be the key to lowering your blood pressure. More weight does make heart work harder, speak with your cardiologist.
