Mucous and blood in stool ,gas in intestine ,some time troubling getting out stay in not going out. I don't have diarrhea. What kind is this

Is it dysentery, intestine colitis or what?

An immediate visit to your GP at the very least. It is most probably nothing serious, but you must get it investigated. Hope you get sorted quickly.
