Greetings all! I recently had my first Cardiologist visit (after being referred by my neurologist to investigate possible disautonomia/heart rate changes from 70s resting to 130s-140s standing), and have been scheduled for an echocardiogram and a 21-day Zio test.
Wondering if anyone could share their experience with the Zio test as well as what their out of pocket share was when having one?
Much thanks!

I just did a 14 day test. I got mine through the VA and there were no costs associated with mine. As far as the Zio patch, it is really straight forward. They clean you, then sandpaper your skin, then clean it again which stings. When you have an episode, you press the button and then write down your symptoms and what you were doing. At the 12 day mark, it started to peel off a little but was still functional. Try not to get it wet in the shower and definitely don't let soaps or anything get near it. Other than that, it was the best holder I have used. Super small and people couldn't even tell I had it on.
