Hello, an arrhythmia when looked at in isolation is not life-threatening although certain arrhythmias can be an underlying cause of sudden cardiac death or stroke. We exist to promote early diagnosis to reduce these risks and help provide access to appropriate treatments.

We promote the importance of exercise in building a healthy heart and making any symptoms of an arrhythmia less noticeable and reducing the risk of associated conditions developing. It is important to only push yourself as much as you are able however; arrhythmias affect each individual differently and only you can determine your ability and tolerance to exercise. For further advice on exercise please consult your GP or give us a call on 01789 450787. Thanks
