Well done, you look amazing. One tip from me is to take it easy, I got very tired.

congratulations. Lots of watching tv, dozing and a little bit of pottering for a few weeks now. Monitor your BP if you’re light headed. You may well need an adjustment of your pills as you recover. I found these exercises helpful youtu.be/MH9NaW4MupE?si=jwq...(Not working as expected?)
