I am a fit 64 year old and now need a Aortic Heart Valve replacement, l am scared.

hello it’s always going to feel scary going in to surgery, I’ve been through 4 valve replacements and from my experience the surgeons are just absolutely amazing at what they do. You will feel so much better for having it done. Good luck with it all ❤️

Said how long has it been since you're open heart surgery valve replacement I'm barely 4 weeks in having it done some reason I got anxiety so bad and I'm going to die any second. I just don't know what to do I just scared I'm afraid to move I don't know what ours and not hurts. Just all different hope you can help me. I hope it gets better
