Help - aortic regurgitation and tinnitus

Hi.

Really looking for help. I’ve developed pulsatile tinnitus due to aortic regurgitation.m (severe).

Really struggling with sleep as my body and ear feel my heart beat.

Anything I can do. I’ve not even met the surgeon yet but it’s debilitating.

My latest ECG also shows left ventricle strain so I’m hoping this will push things forward.

Are these normal?
