Hi there, I'm new to this community but wondering if anyone has any tips. I am 46 with 2 young teenagers. Up until 6 months ago I had no health problems at all just a busy life with a full time job, house etc. Then I developed a vestibular problem and am dizzy all the time, now I have developed Tinitis which is keeping me awake. As this is new to me is there any way of dealing with it, I don't know if it will go away or if I'm stuck with it now, I'm a bit panicked as I've already had enough I'll health in the past 6 months to last a lifetime . Thank you

There are tinnitus clinics you can go to, see
I use a pillow speaker. It's by C Crane and sold through Amazon. I find the most peaceful sleep I get is classical music, the fastest way to sleep is talk radio. I have used white noise, pink noise, headsets that are held in place by a sweat band, and only the pillow speaker gives me rest. As to the diagnosis, tinnitus does seem to be with us once we get it. May I suggest a two-pronged approach. 1 is all the coping mechanisms you need to live peacefully and 2 continue asking, researching. BTW< I have tried the pills without luck.
Thank you for the advice
