I am a shy and caring lady. Who makes friends after trusting people eventually. I like to travel, cook, reading. I also love animals, especially dogs. I have quite a few illnesses. One being diabetic, asthmatic, deaf, skin problem and problems with my hips and spine.

I am low tone deaf which means I cannot hear rain, engines or any low tone voice people. I have asthma too

I have to many conditions if you asked me. I'm basically deaf in both ears. I can't lip read anymore and I've lost all my low tones. It seemed to happen early in my life. I hate being dependent on anyone. But I can't do things alone. I'm the size of an eleven yr old, so my husband is super cautious when I want to go somewhere. He's right there by my side. I don't like living in silence, it really hurts inside. Surely God has treasures awaiting us for the hardship of being deaf on earth.

Hi. If you are profoundly deaf in both ears wouldn't that make you a candidate for a cochlear implant?
