Hi guys, hope everyone is having a good day just wondered if there is anyone on here is the same situation as me post hysterectomy wondering if there is any ab exercises that you should not do. Its two years since my op.

Hi there, I’m not sure whether there are any that you really should not do, but I find (18months post abdominal hysterectomy) that I still have to be very cautious at abdominal exercises and I am still building them up very slowly. But definitely improving and I just stop if something hurts or feels funny.

I am 20 months out of a total abdominal hysterectomy...I had complications and had to have another surgery 9 days later! Take it slow, I am convinced it takes a long time to recover! It is not as easy as everyone claims...and I am a Nurse!
