Allow The Body to Heal by Itself

When I was waiting to be discharged from hospital after 4days, ie after TAH-BSO, the hospital Matron came to my bed and said this to me calmly: "Lunje, now that you're leaving us and going home, use painkillers and medication sparingly; allow the body to heal naturally on its own. Let it adjust by itself. Take natural honey 1 table spoonful 3 times a day".

I hope this will be of help to us.

Hello Suzi73,

Natural Honey has been proven to aid in natural healing of wounds. But it's not medication at any point. Just like our Chinese brothers and sisters,,,they prefer natural remedies as much as they use medication. Natural remedies have limited side effects.
