Can a hysterectomy cause migraine?

Evening!

So I had a hysterectomy about ten weeks ago to rid me of adenomyosis and endo. All went well and I recovered very quickly.

They left me with one ovary due to me being to young to go onto HRT. All was well until Monday/Tuesday when I suffered what I think is my first ever migraine. It was awful. I've never suffered anything like it before and I'm wondering if it's possibly linked?

Any info would be helpful. Thanks

Hi if related to hysterectomy could be a hormonal thing maybe ? MAybe could get hormones checked to make sure ovary still working?
