Hi everyone, I'm a week post op after my hysterectomy and I'm suffering with terrible headaches, has anyone else had this and how what can I take to get rid of them, I've tried everything 😭

I'm 5 weeks post op and I know you are meant to drink lots of water... which I haven't been... ooopsie... but that could be a big reason for the headaches xx

Hi I think headaches are stress related because of the trauma your body has been through. However, you should be taking regular pain meds which should manage headaches anyway. I'd see your GP. I know nobody wants anything else to deal with in recovery x
