How is this site working for you
Some people post recipes they consider to be healthy, or healthy/unhealthy food related information. A few of us have particular food/diet/health related interests. I'm especially interested in the benefits of eating a wholefood vegetarian diet, as well as pro & prebiotic foods for enhancing our health. Other members of the forum are interested in healthy eating for weight loss, coeliac, diabetes, or plant based diets. There's a lot of different interests, & the forum has a wide knowledge base
Other folks post dietary & health related queries, & members of the forum try to help answer their questions.
It works in the same way as most HU forums. Ask the forum if you have questions that you can't find answers to in the search option, or peruse the post listing. Read those that you find interesting, reply if you have anything useful to say.
