What specific foods are good for soothing pancreatitis? Note I am taking pancreatic (digestive) enzymes with each meal as prescribed. Thanks

I am not digesting fat very well so keeping that low. Are omega rich foods OK?

Thanks Concerned. I have been having Omega supplements to help with Sjogrens and I have reduced animal fats from dairy, though continuing with eggs and occasionally some lean meat.

My pancreas is thought to be unhappy due to iron overload from haemochromotosis so am avoiding iron rich foods, especially in combo with Vit C (no more kiwifruit /kale smoothies). I am wondering about continuing with omegas until I get my iron levels down from venesections and about how to manage the dryness with the need to soothe the pancreas. Perhaps more cooked and less raw foods?
