Small goals each day. They will add up to be significant over time.

Good for you it’s always a good idea to maintain or improve fitness and keep your stamina up. A little bit each day goes a long way. 👍

Thank you. I stretch every morning, walk every day and go to the gym 2 or 3 times a week.

When I got older my muscles started to lose shape and I decided to go in for sports. My son advised me to use Ryderwear leggings ryderwear.com when playing sports, they relieve muscle tension and have a soft material that makes them very comfortable to wear when playing sports. After a year of training, I can say that my muscles are no longer flabby and I began to feel better.
