Hi everyone,

It’s been lovely here today. Sunny and breezy but not too cold. I had two great walks with Teddi and Tilly who love each other and raced around having fun. I really enjoyed it too. No better way to get outside and have some fresh air and exercise.

Lovely photos and so glad you got out in the fresh air with Teddi and Tilly, I can imagine they had lots of fun.

We've had some bright weather here but also some very heavy frequent showers. Up to the park tomorrow with the grandchildren.😀

I had a muddy walk today as well which I enjoyed and it's nice to get out and get some fresh air and exercise.

Thats good. Getting out in the fresh air is definitely motivating and energising. There is so much mud everywhere at the moment!
