Busy day and an unexpected walk.

Hi everyone , Well I’ve had a busy day. I was working and then when we were ready to come home our battery had gone flat on the van so had an impromptu walk home. Luckily we were only half an hours walk away from home. On the step counter we had done 16300 steps by 3pm. Now I’m off to play with a dog for an hour so I think I must have some credit in the steps bank after today! 😁

Hey Ali, this is impressive as that’s over 8 miles so being with the dog you’ll have had a lot of exercise, shame about the flat battery at least you made the most of it so I hope you get the battery sorted soon. 🚶🏼‍♂️🚶🏼‍♀️..............🚚

8 miles! Well that is a lot. I was completely on the go for 6 hours so I suppose I shouldn’t be that surprised 😱.
