Speaking as a woman who now has to use a walker, "WALKING IS GOOD FOR THE BODY, MIND & SPIRIT . . . SO TAKE A LITTLE HIKE ... AND SMILE!"

Itโs great you use your walker and get out there! (Apart from when youโre snowed in). Walking is a great all round exercise which doesnโt cause much wear on your joints and as you say itโs good for the body, mind and spirit.(and the pocket as itโs free, thereโs no membership fees). Ali ๐
