money is nothing, if you take a young man and estimate his potential for earnings and development during his life time, There is no compensation.

1 Million for a life time of care; minus any benefits he would be entitled to this money goes no where to compensate him or provide for his life time care.

Goes a damn site further than the nothing I ever got. Hard slog from day one. The young chap has, at least, a financial base to fund some kind of life style.

I can't even get a lawyer to take on my case, its bloody crazy. My case is to complex therefor get on with it and good luck. How can you get on with it if you don't know where to start because no one will help. Brighton 88 is spot on though, since he has that money he will get nothing from the system, although you would expect a million to take care of you for ba while.
