Switching color mode capability on this Headway site and their web pages may be a good idea for people with visual issues/ screen viewing.

I have noticed that on the RNIB web page there is an option to switch between color modes while viewing their web pages.

As so many people with brain injuries have visual issues and or issues reading on screens this may be a good idea for the Headway website and this forum and maybe other social media links.

Here's a link to a RNIB page and if you look across the heading bar there is an option to

'SWITCH COLOUR MODE'

It really easy, however the modes don't really make any difference for me and the yellow one I find really difficult to look at.

If there were a wider range of colours, ie the full spectrum, one of them may make a difference.

Have a look at the RNIB site and switch modes, does it make a difference to YOU.

If so do you think it would be a good idea to have this kind of option on the HEADWAY site and forum.

Could a forum monitor from Headway pass this suggestion on please.

Yes, on the top row, it's called 'switch color mode', if you can't see it you've got serious visual issues 🤣🤣🤣😜

Yep yellow is bad, the other two made no difference for me.

I am having problems with eyes so maybe that’s why the black background is best

Yep, that's one way of reducing visual stress, finding the right colour background for your screen.
