See my story above

At almost 18 months on, things do get better. I understand better than anybody the struggle and the feeling of hopelessness, feeling that nobody understands you, but, please just give it time… it can only get better.

Hi everyone. Thought I’d give you all an update on how things are going. It’s been a ‘Tough’ journey to say the least in preparation for what I’d now consider a mammoth task! Even of very recent with only 3 months left, have been unable to simply jog around the block. But, decided to keep on walking.

It’s beginning to prove a some what lesson in life - I am confident that I will complete this challenge and through a combination of dedication to physio, training and sheer resilience to overcome its hurdles, let’s get it done! 💪🏻

My message to all would be that, you may feel that you’re at the bottom, but, things can only get better, just give it time, it will only get better!
