I thought I would share my recent experiences and see if it helps anyone and see if anyone has had the same and has information to contribute.
I thought I was pretty much recovered and I assume I returned to doing all the usual things in life a little quickly, I started with some headaches (nothing very bad but acknowledged) but I also developed some hearing issues that lasted a fortnight and seem to go as a result of slowing things back down.
I lost all bass frequencies, half of the volume and peoples voices sounded very robotic, slightly like the Aliens did in the 80's mini series V.
Anyone else had these symptoms?

early on in my recovery developed tinnitus and it was loud and I thought I had it forever, it did quieten and go. I’ve realised I had over done it. It still comes back quieter when I try to sleep if I’ve over done it
Yea I have tinnitus it's never gone away I also struggle to hear when fatigue is kicking in i end up with the TV really loud as I can't hear the people talking and the back ground noise is Blairing 🙄at this point of the evening its time to go to bed . As for the tinnitus I've just learned to cope with it day to day over the years on bad days silence is painfull so distracted noise is a must, look into white noise on YouTube it mite work for you it may not it didn't for me but I have met plenty of people who it has worked for so worth worth a try
