does anyone have a maddening cupboard?

I was wondering if anyone else has a chaotic cupboard.

I have been sorting mine out and have found stuff I don’t use.

What is in your chaotic cupboard and will it be tidied?

Don't tidy. Spend your tdoing something that will bring you happiness. Life is too short, as we all know, to worry about our cupboard.

All my cupboards are messy, I was finding the decision making involved in clearing out stuff really quite difficult. But recently I've had significant success clearing out shoes, and also my bookshelf ( with some help from a friend) so I think I've had a sneaky cognitive gain this year! 👍

seriously?!!!lolxxgot to tell you(im not the one with b/i)ive got this baking cupboard,which is strange as 1/i dont bake,2/my oven hasnt worked for the best part of 3 years.so,even if..anyway.i go into the various containers couple weeks ago...sprinkles of every colour/type,edible glitter,sparklers,dried fruits,i mean "really"dried fruits,the usual essences,food colurings,spices etc.all of course out of date,the best one was some dess.coconut dated may 1996,oh a tin of coconut milk and tin pink grapefruit(why?)i have no explaination/excuses other than i watch too many tv programs.do you know what b?i have no shame in sharing ,i have shoes,clothes,bags cost me fortune,wont wear anymore,not throwing them out either..so there we have it love.lets see if anyone can top us?xx

god love ,you have no idea!!!i live in constant drama..i found last week 9 balls of wool so i decided to make the dog a blanket.have taught myself to knit,i will figure it out...trying also to decorate bedroom today walked around paint shop but i kept coming back to the"emerald glade",when i say green,it really is?..im going for it anyway,all out.decided not to get oven fixed as i will only start cooking again,not a good thing under current circumstances..my best wishes to you,hope you are well,always here if you want to chatxx

A picture would do it, but I am too ashamed, I think, to take one. My piles are of all kinds - books, pictures, half written articles, unfinished bits of embroidery work and knitting, cut out but not sewn, and therefore the wrong size skirts. Not to mention clothes spanning 3 sizes and coats shoes and even a few hats. Unfinished books on kindle. Huh. Must clear. When I feel a little less tired. You are far from alone. My larder is another story as well - though I cannot top the 1996 out of date item in the baking hoard. Mine is at most 2004 - still nearly 20 years. You made me write it all down, bonfire - I might get going again. Slowly.
