Is it apathy or are you tired all the time?

I didn't have a hypoxic injury, but I was assessed to have A-motivation syndrome which can appear as apathy. I can't really describe the syndrome, I know it effects me, I guess some may cause me lazy. I just have difficulty starting anything, and when I do start things it takes a stupid amount of time to complete. 🍀
