Vestibular therapy, any clues?

Hi, happy new year. I have made really good progress over the last year. Visual pattern glare corrected, built up automatic processes, reduced fatigue dramatically, cognitive improvements, 3D vision much better and spacial awareness greatly improved. Mental health went down hill but now seems to be balancing out.

I'm looking for further improvements and would like to find out about vestibular therapy etc. My right side ear area and jaw can get really painful and a high pitched sound hums in my ear. Also the right eye area and side of head gets tension patches, a sharp pain goes through my right eye on occasion, it's like a sharp long hot needle that's been pushed through the eye into the back of the head. I get neck pain right down into the throat and it makes me feel sick.

Any ideas and advice much appreciated.

Cognitive functional therapy. Professor Peter o'Sullivan.

The pysio I see is experienced and is using the above way now it seems. I've only been 3 times so far.

Thanks Nackapan, just trying to see what I can improve next, neck, ear, eye area and head seem a good place to begin, an incremental change in one place could have a major effect on another. That's my thinking here, seems to have worked in other BI therapies.
