These are amazing I get callus build up which hurts my soles so i normally attack them with a fillers or cream but then I discovered these next to the face masks in a cheap bathroom shop that has just open in town called bodycare and omg they would wonders so if like me you have a foot fetish and love feet try them they come in different moisturising pack with different Price ranges depending on what you like they feel weird at first but they don't take long until you start to feel the relief but word of warning make sure you put slippers on top if you plan on walking around the house in them as I nearly broke my next because my feed didn't have anything to grip in this slushy bags if you like me and you cant sit still for 20 mins and yes I do have hair bands on my ankles as they are a one size fits all and my tine 5/6 feet at to small so it's to prevent the bags from slipping off and again works wonders you can get them in any shop like boots, super drug ect just ask for their range of foot packs
