Did the Bournemouth pier Headway group happen after all.

Some time ago somebody posted that headway were opening a space on Bournemouth pier, I have tried to find exactly who, but without any luck, hence the post, at the time I said I'll believe it when I see it, and its looking that way, though hopefully not.

Hello fredikins, you are quite right, somebody did post some time ago that Headway had a service on Bournemouth pier. We did respond to that member, to explain that Headway do not have any service on Bournemouth pier.

For your information, Headway does provide a Befriending Service and activities throughout Dorset.

Activities include weekly drop-in groups at various venues around Bournemouth and Poole, weekly walking football sessions and an allotment during the summer. The groups also include various activities including walking, sailing, pottery making, cinema visits, general socialising and some even get to go and see the rugby international at Twickenham.

Thanks Joe, I have had Adrians number for some time, unfortunately mobility and other issues restrict what I am capable of. Thanks again I was beginning to think I may have imagined the post about the pier.
