They'll have a trustee board and should have a formalised complaints protocol. I don't know but in my experience of other national agencies you may be able to take it to Headway itself if the trustee board don't address it to your satisfaction.
In my opinion any such body should have a service user on the board, often they'll act as a representative for your interest. However this is nothing more than good practice.
The Headway helpline should also be able to guide you.
Hi Sealiphone, you are still here, thank you to reply. I have a meeting with the area manager. Sue was very good and understanding Lady. Sue left now but she tell short the letter. I cut the letter down but the reply is not right is not the complaint. A meeting will be better in a neutral place. I feel that my head is spinning again. The helping that I tried to is ingore with SOME for the staff. I talking with another lady. I know about chairty because my family work in chairty. So I can understand how hard is to be a chairty. They treat a complaint like a learning experience. Which is right!!!!! Thank you sealiphone to reply again. This healthunlocked line is good. Government should understand how hard after.
